IT IS IMPORTANT THAT AN INSPECTOR VISIT THE JOB SITE WHILE WORK IS STILL BEING PERFORMED.

If the inspection fails, our inspector will leave detailed instructions on the needed repairs.
(*-If the inspection fails, a portion of the fee is returned to the homeowner. When the inspector returns and the inspection passes, he will recollect the fee-*)
Once the repairs are completed, our inspector will return.
Upon the passing inspection, we will fill out the necessary paperwork and file it with the state.
